Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Spain to design and deploy ML models for large-scale programmatic advertising. You will work with data scientists, analysts, and ML engineers to deliver scalable solutions with measurable business impact.

The role focuses on production-ready ML systems, experimentation, and real-time processing of billions of ad requests and users. Candidates with Ad-Tech experience will excel.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience building data science or ML products.
• Experience in Ad-Tech or programmatic advertising is required.
• Strong Python programming with clean, reproducible code.
• Experience with Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Docker and SQL.
• Experience building ML algorithms for large-scale datasets.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, improve, and maintain ML models used in large-scale programmatic ads.
• Enhance models with new features and data sources.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy scalable algorithms.
• Explore data sources to improve models and product performance.
• Research ML approaches to optimize business value chain.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to guide decisions.
• Develop solutions for sparse, large-scale datasets and related tasks.
• Contribute to neural-network based products for classification and regression.
• Build production-grade, well-tested code and monitoring tools.
• Communicate findings to analysts, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain focus on tangible product and business outcomes.
