eDreams ODIGEO is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our Barcelona team on a hybrid basis. You will design and deploy advanced analytics and AI-powered solutions across fraud detection, recommendations, user personalization, and marketing optimization, impacting decision-making across the business.

You will lead ML initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor data scientists, and stay ahead of AI trends while delivering high-quality results.

Formación

• Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or other quantitative fields)
• 5+ years of related experience as a Data Scientist, AI expert or Machine Learning engineer
• Solid understanding of statistical, data processing and ML methods and their open source implementations
• Experience building production ML solutions and MLOps
• Proficient Python developer; other languages a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable solutions
• Experience creating Generative AI/Large Language Model solutions; LangChain a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English communication

What you need to succeed:

Job Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or other quantitative fields);
• 5+ years of related experience as a Data Scientist, AI expert or Machine Learning engineer;
• A solid understanding of relevant statistical, data processing and machine learning methods and their implementation using standard open source frameworks;
• Experienced with building production ready machine learning solutions and MLOps;
• Experienced Python developer. Other programming languages are a plus;
• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable solutions;
• Experience creating solutions powered by Generative AI, specially Large Language Models, and LLM frameworks like LangChain will be a plus;
• Written and oral communication skills (in English).
