eDreams ODIGEO is looking for a Data Analyst for Finance to join our team in Barcelona, offering a hybrid work model. You will be responsible for conducting key analyses, gathering data, and providing insights to help drive strategic finance decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a quantitative discipline and 2-4 years of analytical experience. Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential. Enjoy working in a dynamic environment that values learning and flexibility while contributing to the world’s leading travel subscription platform.

What you will do

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Responsible for execution of key analysis, being the data entry point for the business team and including taking ownership of the different data sources from the business side. Understand the business needs, gather the data and present the key insights: "Contribute to the Finance strategic roadmap with numbers"
• Elaborate business cases to support strategic decisions
• Create dashboards and tracking: master the internal Business Intelligence tools to contribute to the monitoring and tracking of our business KPIs. Work with data engineering and data science teams to be able to leverage all our internal data
• Contribute to the delivery of Finance strategic projects: participate in the delivery of the key internal projects, giving support from the business side to ensure progress and effective delivery of the desired outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.)
• 2-4 years experience in a role with strong analytical component
• Strong knowledge of SQL is a requirement
• Python programming skills (mostly for data extraction and data manipulation)
• Advanced Office skills. Strong experience with analytical tools, ideally with the Google toolset (spreadsheets, google docs, etc)
• Strong analytical skills, fast-learner, with high attention to detail and focused on results and productivity
• Business Proficiency in English and fluent in Spanish
• A self-starter and team player, who also enjoys having fun!

It would be a plus if you have

• Google Analytics knowledge (as well as Looker Studio)
• Previous experience in programming
• Knowledge on data structure and data sets management (as Google Cloud Platform)
• SAP knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
• Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
