Company Overview

We are a new and innovative CTV OS challenging the status quo by working with a market leading OEM to provide content discovery for streaming platforms as well as integrating FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV channels. We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Data team and lead the measurement of digital advertising performance across Connected TV (CTV) platforms. This role is focused on understanding and attributing CTV ad exposure to consumer actions across mobile web and in-store conversions. Youll help build and refine our measurement capabilities enabling advertisers to optimize their CTV investments with confidence.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement conversion attribution models to measure the impact of CTV advertising on user behavior across devices and channels.
  • Lead incrementality testing and causal inference analysis to distinguish true ad lift from correlated outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering to define and validate cross-device identity graphs and exposure-to-outcome linkages.
  • Work with product and media teams to interpret results and drive advertising performance strategy.
  • Analyze large-scale datasets from TV ad exposure logs mobile / web events and offline retail / POS systems.
  • Present insights to internal stakeholders and external partners in a clear and actionable way.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in data science analytics or measurement roles.
  • Strong experience with CTV or linear TV advertising ideally including programmatic and addressable formats.
  • Proven expertise in multi-touch attribution lift modeling geographic / household-based experimentation and identity resolution.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R and SQL. Familiarity with Data Orchestration Tools (DBT Dagster Airflow) is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of statistical methods including Bayesian modeling causal inference (e.g. difference-in-differences propensity scoring) and time-series analysis.
  • Familiarity with data from Smart TV OS platforms device graphs and digital advertising industry measurement partners.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex findings into business decisions.
