Job summary
Gracia101 Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Data Modeler to own enterprise data modelling and governance during a SAP ECC to SAP HANA/S4HANA migration project. You will define data structures, semantics and integrity across Finance, Supply Chain and other domains, ensuring accurate mapping and readiness for migration.

Qualifications
- Experience with SAP ECC and SAP HANA/S4HANA data models, especially Finance and Supply Chain.
- Ability to translate business requirements into rigorous data models and migration-ready mappings.
- Strong governance and documentation practices for enterprise data modelling.
Responsibilities
- Own the data modelling workstream for SAP ECC to SAP HANA/S4HANA migration initiatives across multiple domains.
- Analyse source and target data structures and define the transformation logic to bridge them.
- Create precise data models and source-to-target mapping specs for data engineering teams.
- Validate business semantics with Finance, Supply Chain and other domain experts.
- Partner with BI and analytics teams to ensure migrated data supports reporting and analytics.
- Define and govern modelling standards, naming conventions and documentation practices.
- Maintain a live catalogue of mappings and models.
- Ensure clear contracts between historical layer and consumption layer.
