ALK is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead critical S/4HANA migration initiatives from inception to execution in Madrid. You will guide the business through change, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and coordinate internal and external resources with strong stakeholder management.

Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally are required, with SAP/S/4HANA familiarity and a master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

Formación

• We are seeking a candidate with a master's degree and strong IT project management experience.
• Experience in ERP or large-scale transformation programmes is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change facilitation skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead S/4HANA transformation initiatives from inception to execution.
• Ensure timely, on-budget delivery and milestone achievement.
• Align outcomes with business strategy and manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
• Coordinate internal and third-party resources and facilitate workshops.
• Report progress to IT management and Steering Committee.
• Guide the business through change and ensure stakeholder alignment.
