Lengow is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our newly formed Data Team in Europe. You will leverage vast catalogs and product data to unlock value, shape data strategy, and deliver data-driven features across our flagship products.

You will collaborate with Tech, Product and Business teams to drive scalable data solutions and foster a data-first culture. The role offers hybrid work with opportunities to contribute across multiple domains, including analytics, data modeling, and data

Formación

5+ years in data engineering or a similar role with a track record of delivering business impact.
Skilled in coding, data modeling and design, and aligning technical solutions with business goals.
A natural mentor and communicator who fosters teamwork and inspires those around them.
Proactive, autonomous professional comfortable in a small team and juggling multiple roles (Data Analyst, Data Engineer, BI Developer).
Familiar with translating business needs into data products and insights.

Responsabilidades

Be an expert in our data models, tools, and 4 flagship products.
Drive the technical evolution of our data transformation.
Lead key technical projects in our data roadmap and data product management for clients.
Build internal insights tools for employees (dashboards, reports).
Document progress, solutions and best practices continuously.
