Construo AG invites applications for a data-focused role shaping data models and pipelines in a multilingual, multinational setting. You will guide AI-generated code, ensure data quality, and explore new data sources while collaborating across teams.

A strong foundation in data architecture, cloud infrastructure and agile tooling is expected. You will be working in a dynamic, learning-oriented environment offering remote work options and opportunities to grow your expertise in data engineering,

Formación

• Bachelor, Master or PhD in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering or other quantitative subjects.
• Strong hands-on experience with dbt and SQL on Databricks.
• Experience with AI-driven/agentic development and validating AI-generated code.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and maintain data pipelines using AI agents to produce code.
• Develop algorithms to transform data into useful information.
• Analyse data to identify issues and define logic for complex functions and scripts.
• Guide and validate AI-generated solutions to follow standards for simplicity and performance.
• Own data modelling and data quality, acting as the expert behind AI that produces results.
• Explore new data sources and integrate them into data products.
• Work with CI/CD processes for data and data testing/monitoring.
• Create prototypes and documentation for core aspects of the work.
