Enzo Tech Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst / BI Specialist to drive enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, leveraging Microsoft Fabric. You will design scalable reports, implement semantic models, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategic analytics.

This role is remote within the EU, demanding expert-level Power BI and Fabric skills, large-scale data modeling, and a strong business mindset to translate data into actionable insights.

Formación

• Expert-level Power BI and DAX experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric across Lakehouse and semantic models.
• Proven ability to model enterprise data and govern Star Schema.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement.

Senior Data Analyst / BI Specialist (Power BI & Microsoft Fabric)

Location: Remote - Must be within the EU

We’re partnering with a highly data-driven pharmaceutical organisation that’s scaling its analytics capability and investing heavily in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric as core platforms.

They’re looking for an expert-level Data Analyst / BI Specialist who can take ownership of complex data solutionssomeone who combines deep technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and delivering enterprise-grade Power BI solutions
• Writing advanced DAX to support complex, high-performance reporting
• Building and optimising large-scale data models within Fabric
• Leveraging Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse / Semantic Models) to support scalable analytics
• Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to shape reporting and drive business decisions
• Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights

• Expert-level experience with Power BI and DAX
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Proven track record working with large-scale / enterprise data models
• Deep understanding of dimensional modelling (star schema)
• A strong business and stakeholder engagement mindset
• Experience operating in fast-paced, data-led environments
