Our team is truly international (19+ nationalities) and we’re looking for a Data Analyst Specialist - BI Engineer to help us take data-driven decision-making to the next level. You’ll work directly with our Chief Client Officer, turning complex data into actionable insights, scalable analytics, and impactful dashboards.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Design and maintain advanced BI dashboards and reports.
• Build, optimize, and document ETL/ELT pipelines in AWS and Google Cloud.
• Write efficient SQL/Python code for analytics and automation.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to define KPIs and ensure analytical consistency.
• Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and governance across all projects.
• Support strategic initiatives with insights that drive real business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or similar role.
• Advanced skills in SQL and Python for analytics and automation.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker).
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines in AWS and/or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of data infrastructure as code is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Based in Madrid or nearby (semi-remote with regular office collaboration).
