Job Description

We are Looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in banking data processes , including data origination, modeling, and quality control. The ideal candidate will lead data-related discussions, define MDM models, and ensure consistent data governance across the bank.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data needs across the bank
• Identify data origination flows and golden sources; diagnose potential data gaps
• Identify data consumption flows within the bank
• Define storage criteria for the MDM, including model design, persistence, scope, and process consistency
• Define and implement data quality control models
• Document traceability, definitions, business concepts, and semantic relationships between business entities

Skills / Knowledge

• Proven experience in the bank’s onboarding processes (mandatory)
• C1-level English proficiency (mandatory)
• Strong communication, leadership, and proactive engagement in meetings
• Experience in data management and modeling
• User-level data analysis skills (SQL, cross-checks, data validation, etc.)

Seniority

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Ability to lead data-related meetings and engage with stakeholders independently
