Antal International is seeking an experienced Data & AI Manager to lead strategic transformation programs for a leading international consulting firm. You will drive business growth, engage C-level stakeholders, and steer end-to-end Data & AI initiatives across multiple industries.

The role combines advisory, business development and project leadership, with a strong focus on data platforms, cloud technologies and governance. Hybrid work model based in Madrid, with international exposure.

Formación

• 10–15 years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation consulting.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Data & AI transformation projects.
• Background in consulting, business development and account management.
• Experience preparing and leading RFPs, proposals and client presentations.
• Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of modern Data & AI ecosystems (data platforms, cloud, governance, ML).

Responsabilidades

• Lead Data & AI transformation projects from strategy through execution.
• Advise clients on Data Strategy, AI adoption, Data Governance, Analytics and Operating Models.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Lead proposals, RFPs, client presentations and business cases.
• Define transformation roadmaps, target architectures and implementation priorities.
• Guide clients on modern Data & AI technologies and cloud platforms.
• Support technology selection and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Contribute to growth of the Data & AI practice through capability building and recruitment.
