Antal International is seeking an experienced Data & AI Manager to join a leading international consulting firm. You will lead Data & AI transformation projects from strategy through execution, advise clients on Data Strategy, AI adoption, governance, analytics and operating models, and develop trusted relationships with C-level executives.

• 10–15 years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation consulting.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Data & AI transformation projects.
• Strong background in consulting, business development and account management.
• Experience preparing and leading RFPs, proposals and client presentations.
• Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience managing and mentoring consulting teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Business-oriented, entrepreneurial and client-focused mindset.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

What you\'ll do
