HBX Group, a leading TravelTech data and AI platform provider, seeks a Senior Data Platform Engineer to own the Data & AI Platform strategy, architecture and operations. You will lead multiple engineering teams, drive platform evolution and ensure scalable, secure data services that empower analytics and ML across the company.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering and executive stakeholders, you will shape the technical roadmap, establish standards and mentor senior engineers to deliver

Responsabilidades

• Own reliability, performance and scalability of Data, ML & AI platform.
• Define technical roadmap for data ingestion, transformation, analytics and AI enablement.
• Establish technology standards, frameworks and best practices.
• Ensure platform security, cost-efficiency and maintainability.
• Lead multiple engineering teams via Team Leads and senior engineers.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and executives on strategy.
• Foster engineering excellence, ownership and continuous improvement.
• Mentor engineers and leaders; drive architectural governance.
