Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Spain is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to ensure timely and compliant delivery of clinical data within contract scope. You will lead a team, manage study timelines, budgets, and regulatory submissions, and collaborate across departments to meet client expectations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, planning, communication, and data-driven decision making in a dynamic oncology/cell-therapy context. Office-based with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of clinical trial management experience.
• Good leadership, planning, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with ICH/GCP and FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage all clinical operations and quality aspects of allocated studies, low to moderate complexity, per ICH GCP.
• Develop clinical tools and contribute to Master Action Plan; ensure Trial Master File quality.
• Lead team meetings, coordinate with departments, and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor and report on clinical activity timelines, actions, and project status updates.
• Coordinate start-up activities and regulatory submissions as appropriate.
• Provide input on forecast estimates and resource management.
