The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in SaaS and eCommerce, fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English, and is skilled in managing senior stakeholders and building strategic relationships. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS and/or eCommerce.
• 3+ years in customer success or client strategy roles.
• Experience managing senior-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic partner, offering insights and strategies for clients.
• Develop detailed business plans and success metrics.
• Deliver impactful presentations to align objectives and demonstrate results.
• Provide hands-on training to maximize client value.
• Monitor account health and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales during onboarding and renewals.
• Document key activities in Salesforce.
