CapsLock, a global IT marketing company, is seeking a Senior CRO Copywriter to craft persuasive, conversion-driven copy for landing pages, ads, and videos. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and testing teams to optimize messaging based on research and A/B results.

The role emphasizes researching audiences, competitors, and trends, developing hooks and value propositions, ensuring claims are compliant, and iterating copy across tests. Remote work is supported across Europe.

Qualifications

• Create conversion-focused copy for landing pages, ads, and video scripts.
• Research audiences, competitors, and markets to identify new messaging opportunities.
• Develop compelling headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles, translating technical product features into clear customer-focused messaging.
• Ensure advertising claims are accurate, supportable, and compliant with client and platform requirements.
• Create meaningful copy variations for structured A/B testing, analyze performance, and iterate based on results.
• Identify successful copy concepts and adapt them across similar clients, products, and industries.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with Marketers, Designers, Video Editors, Media Buyers, and other team members.
• Use AI tools in the copywriting workflow to improve research, ideation, analysis, and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create conversion-focused copy for cold-traffic campaigns across landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, advertorials, forms, CTAs, and other funnel assets.
• Research products, customers, competitors, markets, and advertising trends to identify new messaging opportunities.
• Develop compelling headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles, translating technical product features into clear customer-focused messaging.
• Ensure advertising claims are accurate, supportable, and compliant with client and platform requirements.
• Create meaningful copy variations for structured A/B testing, analyze performance, and continuously iterate based on results.
