Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Senior Product Manager for CRM to shape how MONOPOLY GO! connects with players. You will own the CRM roadmap, drive engagement and retention strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions for a live-service mobile game.

You will partner with analytics to assess performance, run A/B tests, and iterate on personalisation and messaging across channels from push to in-game content. Hybrid/UK-remote work available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management with a track record of delivering live-service features.
• Gaming experience is strongly preferred; entertainment/mobile apps are also relevant.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM product roadmap and strategy across player-facing experiences and internal tooling.
• Lead discovery, prioritisation, and delivery from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with analytics to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
