ING España busca un Senior Credit Risk Portfolio Analyst para unirse al equipo de Riesgo Minorista en Madrid. Reportarás, monitorizarás y comunicarás riesgos de la cartera de Préstamos Personales, colaborando con producto y negocio para su crecimiento sostenible.

Se valorará experiencia en gestión de riesgos de carteras Retail, dominio de SAS/SQL y habilidades analíticas. Ofrecemos un ambiente dinámico, con opción de trabajo híbrido y beneficios del grupo ING.

Formación

• Titulación universitaria en Economía, ADE, Estadística, Matemáticas o Econometría (o equivalente).
• Experiencia en gestión de riesgos para carteras Retail, especialmente Préstamos Personales.
• Dominio de estadística y/o matemáticas y experiencia en SAS/SQL.
• Pensamiento analítico y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
• Inglés y español fluidos; orientación a liderazgo de proyectos.

Responsabilidades

• Contribuir de forma positiva a la gestión de riesgos de la cartera española, especialmente Préstamos Personales, mediante reporting, monitorización y comunicación.
• Colaborar para identificar y mitigar riesgos, garantizando niveles apropiados de capital y provisiones, y cumplimiento regulatorio.
• Impulsar el crecimiento de la cartera de Préstamos Personales de forma rentable y sostenible.

Your key responsibilities : As a Senior Credit Risk Portfolio Analyst you will : Positively contribute to the risk management of the Spanish Portfolio, particularly for the Personal loans product, through your reporting, monitoring, and communication capabilities. Collaborate to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring appropriate levels of capital and provisions, and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
