Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B and B2C collections experience.
• Experience with SAP collections or FSCM worklists.
• Dunning management experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in multiple European languages (2+).
• Process documentation and mapping skills.
• Experience in multi-country collections.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of collections and dunning across markets.
• Define FSCM configurations and build market-specific rules.
• Develop collections playbooks and scripts; conduct UAT.
• Coach and develop collectors; manage KPIs.
• Produce daily/weekly collections performance reports.
