A fast-growing eCommerce brand in Spain is looking for a Creative Strategist to lead their UGC content strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing ad performance and writing scripts for creators. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring high-quality content creation aligned with brand messaging. This is a part-time to full-time remote position with long-term opportunities.

Formación

  • 2+ years in a creative strategy, content marketing, or UGC management role.
  • Strong understanding of UGC workflows and trends across TikTok and Instagram.
  • Proven ability to analyze creative performance.

Creative Strategist - UGC Content (eCommerce) Remote | Part-time to Full-time | Long-term Opportunity

We're a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for a highly creative, data-informed Creative Strategist to lead our UGC content strategy and ensure the production of high-performing, on-brand creatives.

You’ll be responsible for building and scaling our UGC content engine — from analyzing ad creative performance to scripting and creator management.

Creative Analysis & Strategy

Analyze weekly performance of ad creatives (winners and underperformers) using Meta Ads data.

Use insights to shape upcoming video scripts and briefings — balancing 50% top-performers, 50% new ideas.

Stay up to date on social media trends, TikTok / Reels formats, and viral content styles for continuous iteration.

Scriptwriting & Planning

Write engaging, conversion‑focused scripts for UGC creators and video editors.

Share scripts with creators weekly via Slack, ensuring clarity, timing, and alignment with the creative calendar.

Maintain a monthly UGC calendar, aligning key products with strategic content themes.

Scout, recruit, and onboard new UGC creators monthly to maintain a steady pipeline of content.

Deliver monthly performance reports to each creator with feedback and upcoming content goals.

Review all submitted UGC videos to ensure
  • Alignment with brand tone and product messaging
  • Quality (sound, visuals, length)
Review all edited content from video editors to ensure
  • Clean execution and editing quality
  • 2+ years in a creative strategy, content marketing, or UGC management role — ideally for a DTC / eCommerce brand.
  • Strong understanding of UGC workflows and trends across TikTok and Instagram.
  • Proven ability to analyze creative performance and translate into actionable direction.
  • Clear, concise writing — especially for scripting short‑form video content.
  • Familiar with tools like Slack, Meta Ads, Google Drive, Clickup, and Notion.
