A small dynamic CRO is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join their team in Spain. This is a home-based position with significant travel required, primarily in Barcelona and Madrid. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in oncology monitoring and is fluent in both Spanish and English. The role offers opportunities to manage multiple studies in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

A small, dynamic CRO is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join their expanding team in Spain. This is a home-based position with national travel, with the majority of the sites being located in Barcelona or Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Phase IIII oncology clinical trials.
• Conduct site visits (approx. 67 days / month) ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Manage 13 studies concurrently, overseeing approximately 47 sites, with the majority located in Barcelona and Madrid.
• Apply RECIST criteria confidently in oncology assessments.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of on-site monitoring as a CRA, with a strong track record in oncology (Phase IIII).
• Education: Bachelors degree (BSc, BA, or RN equivalent) in a life sciences or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
• Location: Must be based within 1 hour of a major airport or railway station. Preference for candidates located in or near Barcelona and Madrid due to site distribution.
• Travel: Up to 70% travel across Spain; valid driver's license and passport preferred.
