A high-tech engineering company is seeking an Automation and Control Engineer to interpret and design electrical diagrams for automation systems. Required qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering and PLC programming experience. We are looking for a Automation and Control Engineer to join GTD GmbH, the company of GTD Group specialized in the design and development of large, complex and / or safety-critical applications.
GTD Sistemas de Información is an engineering company specialized in rockets (Ariane family) and Ground Control & Command for different launchers and earth observation satellites (civil & military). We know how to create breath-taking, powerful software which is reliable and cost effective, whether it's needed for space transportation, earth observation and science exploration missions.
The ideal person for this position will primarily be responsible for interpreting and designing electrical diagrams and schematics for automation cabinets and measurement systems. The candidate will begin their contract at our headquarters in Barcelona for an initial period of approximately three months. Following this, they will relocate to the permanent position location at GTD GmbH in Markdorf.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Electronics and Automation, or a related field
Experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider, Beckhoff, etc.)
Understanding of industrial fieldbus systems
Experience in creating electrical schematics and diagrams
Professional or bilingual level of English (C1)
Full-time position with a permanent contract
