Envision Energy is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to oversee end-to-end contract and claim management for renewable projects, with emphasis on BESS and Wind deliveries. • Own contract administration during execution: obligations tracking, notices, payment milestones, variations, and document control.
• Manage claims and counterclaims (time/cost impact) and support EOT strategy to protect margin and cash.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks (LDs, guarantees, warranty, incoterms, insurance).
• Provide commercial guidance on BESS and Wind scope/technical interfaces (commissioning, grid compliance, tests).
• Maintain contracting standards, templates, and lessons learned; coach teams on governance.

Role Summary

The Senior Contract Manager is responsible for end-to-end contract and claim management across renewable projects, with a focus on BESS and Wind deliveries. The role safeguards Envision's commercial position by leading contract strategy, risk mitigation, change/variation control, and dispute resolution, while partnering closely with project delivery, sales, legal, finance, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract review, negotiation support, and handover for customer, EPC/EPCM, and key subcontract/supplier agreements.
• Own contract administration during execution: obligations tracking, notices, payment milestones, variations/change orders, and document control.
• Manage claims and counterclaims (time/cost impact), support EOT strategy, and drive resolution of disputes to protect margin and cash.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks (LDs, performance guarantees, warranty, interface risk, tax/incoterms, insurance, acceptance criteria).
• Provide commercial guidance to project teams on BESS and Wind scope/technical interfaces (commissioning, grid compliance, performance tests, availability guarantees).
• Maintain contracting standards, templates, and lessons learned; coach project teams on contract compliance and governance.

Qualifications / Experience

• Solid experience in contract management for energy/infrastructure projects (renewables preferred), ideally including BESS and/or wind projects.
• Strong working knowledge of common contract forms and delivery models (EPC/EPCM, multi-package, supply + installation), and claim management practices.
• Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication; able to operate in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, or related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
