Worldwide Recruitment Energy, a recruitment consultancy focused on the renewable energy sector, seeks a seasoned professional in contract management to support international projects across EPC environments.

The role emphasizes translating technical and commercial requirements into robust contractual solutions, leading negotiations, and coordinating with Legal, Sales, and Project teams to mitigate risk and drive successful outcomes.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering such as Industrial or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or project management with contractual components.
• Experience in international projects.
• Knowledge of contracts in industrial/EPC environments.
• Ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into contractual solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Risk-oriented mindset and contractual control capability.
• Problem-solving approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contractual negotiations with clients in coordination with Legal and Sales teams.
• Manage the internal contract review process, including interdepartmental coordination.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Ensure alignment between technical, commercial, and legal requirements.
• Support project execution by managing contractual aspects, including variations, claims, delays, and related matters.
• Ensure traceability and documentation of contractual changes.
