You will lead workstreams, frame hypotheses, and direct research to generate insights, developing high‑quality deliverables and mentoring junior consultants. Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required, with willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm.
• Experience serving clients in Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, or Telecommunications.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams on client engagements, structuring analyses and developing actionable recommendations.
• Frame hypotheses, identify key business questions, and direct quantitative and qualitative research to generate insights.
• Develop high‑quality client deliverables, including presentations and models; mentor junior team members.
