This role involves facilitating communication between business units and IT, coordinating enhancements, and leading project efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong HR process knowledge and be fluent in English. The position offers a full-time freelance contract with remote work options.

Senior Consultant / Lead SAP HCM

We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Lead SAP HCM

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Act as the primary interface between business units / business country leads and IT for SAP HCM-related system demands
• Manage incoming requests for SAP HCM enhancements and projects
• Manage incoming project requests across countries and customers
• Align and plan demand with SAP HCM team
• Facilitate change board meetings and maintain a demand backlog
• Monitor demand lifecycle and ensure timely delivery

Project Lead

• Prepare and (partially) lead SAP HCM-related projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and integrations.
• Define project effort and timelines in collaboration with SAP HCM team and with stakeholders.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and risks.
• Report project status to stakeholders

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR-requirements.
• Experience in demand management and project management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

NICE TO HAVE

• First experience in SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM) implementations or integrations

LANGUAGE

• English- (Fluent in English - C1)
