Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC). You will lead multi‑discipline projects, monitor schedules and budgets, ensure safety compliance, and report findings to Government personnel in fluent English.

The role is contingent on contract award with a five-year baseline and possible extension. The position requires a BS in engineering or related field, with professional certifications desirable.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in engineering, construction management, construction science, or building construction from an accredited college.
  • Licensure such as PE/CCM/PMP is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge of construction concepts to multi-discipline projects and supervise construction operations.
  • Review technical specs and statements of work for complex designs or changes.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, cost loading, and earned value reporting.
  • Monitor projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Apply the three phases of control and Construction Quality Management.
