Impleo in Barcelona is seeking a Concept Artist to support pre-production and visual development of our core titles, creating concepts and references that align teams with a clear visual direction inspired by leading racing/AAA aesthetics.

You will generate concepts for characters, environments, and props; collaborate with fellow artists and designers; iterate on designs under direction and timelines to shape each game's visual identity.

Formación

• Demonstrated advanced expertise in concept art or a related discipline, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Advanced Photoshop proficiency for digital art creation; Blender or similar 3D software for concept development.
• Ability to produce clear sketches and develop concepts for characters, environments, and props.
• Ability to manage assigned work independently while collaborating closely with artists, designers, and production teams
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken, for collaboration in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Visual Concept Generation: Create character designs and illustrations, including line art and 3D blockouts.
• Creative Ideation: Generate and develop artistic ideas while maintaining each game's unique visual identity.
• Collaborative Design: Work with artists and designers to develop the visual style.
• Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on feedback from the Studio Art Director.
• Art Asset Planning: Plan assets for characters, environments, and props and communicate requirements.
