Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work from concepts, briefs, or rough sketches.
• Generalist profile with strong knowledge of casual to stylized art style and rendering (Characters, Props, Illustration, Environment Art and Production Assets).
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and perspective.
• Experience creating colorful, readable visuals from casual to stylized style.
• Excellent knowledge of shape language (round, soft, and friendly forms).
• Experience creating eye-catching key art and promotional visuals, producing high-quality renders and polished visuals for splash screens and marketing purposes.
• Strong focus on charming characters, clean UI and marketing-ready renders. Marketing Art & Splash Screens illustrations are a plus.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to work from concepts, briefs, or rough sketches.
• Generalist profile, with strong knowledge of Casual to Stylized Art Style and Rendering: Characters, Props, llustration, Environment Art and Production Assets.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and perspective.
• Experience creating colorful, readable, and engaging visuals from casual to stylized style.
• Excellent knowledge of shape language (round, soft, and friendly forms).

• Experience exporting and optimizing assets for Unity, Unreal, or custom engines.
• File organization, version control awareness (e.g., Git, Perforce)
