Vanderlande Industries B.V. is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer/Counsel – Anti-Corruption & Third-Party Integrity to lead the global Anti-Corruption program and regional compliance for South Europe & LATAM.

The role focuses on developing policies, training, and due diligence processes, ensuring practical, risk-based guidance across functions and regions. You will translate complex requirements into actionable controls, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in the

Formación

6–10 years of relevant experience in anti-corruption, integrity or compliance roles within an international organization.
Experience developing, implementing and improving an Anti-Corruption program (policies, procedures, controls, training).
Experience with Business Partner Due Diligence processes, integrity assessments and third-party risk mitigation.
Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred; knowledge of both languages is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Own and further develop Vanderlande's Anti-Corruption framework, including policies, procedures and guidance.
Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the Anti-Corruption program across functions and regions.
Coordinate with the Toyota Industries Corporation group to align with group expectations.
Own Business Partner Due Diligence, including procedures, assessments, tools, templates and documentation.
Translate legal and compliance requirements into practical guidance for the business.
Support Sales, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Trade Compliance on intersecting matters.
