We’re looking for someone who understands gaming communities, knows how to build meaningful engagement across different platforms and can turn community feedback, conversations and trends into valuable insights for the wider business.

You’ll take ownership of community engagement across our portfolio of games, including:
You’ll also oversee our Customer Service chatbot, working with Production and QA teams to improve responses, FAQs and the overall player support experience.
And, of course, data matters: you’ll track community growth, sentiment, engagement and trends to understand what’s working and where we can improve
