Expedia Group in Madrid is seeking a Global Commercial Finance professional to partner with regional Sales and Finance teams, delivering key reporting, insights, and forecasts. You will consolidate B2B reporting, prepare leadership materials, and drive operational efficiencies with AI-driven automation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Highly fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Confirmed commercial finance experience.
• Validated ability to analyze data to solve business problems and provide strong business insight and recommendations.
• Proven ability to interpret and present data visually for financial and non-financial audiences.
• Strong Excel skills including model building, formula optimization, data validation and error troubleshooting.
• Experience leveraging AI agents, Power Pivot, and Power BI is a plus.
• Proven ability to deep-dive into large data sets and identify key drivers or variances.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Gathering and consolidating financial and business inputs across B2B divisions for executive reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial MI and high-level commentary for Exec level.
• Model long-range financial plan (3+ years) with insights from Finance, Strategy, and Sales leadership.
• Improve operational reporting to deliver greater business performance insights.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for cross-regional projects and growth initiatives.
• Enhance processes and controls to support scalable, profitable B2B growth.
• Leverage AI and automation to increase efficiency across responsibilities.
