Zimmer Biomet in Barcelona seeks an experienced Commercial Analytics professional to turn sales and market data into actionable insights. You will build forward‑looking models for sales performance and market opportunity, while supporting territory design and incentive processes.

The role requires strong Python/R and SQL skills, Power BI expertise, and experience with Salesforce/SAP in a regulated healthcare environment. On-site in Barcelona, with collaboration across EMEA teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics (Master's a plus).
• 4–7+ years in commercial analytics, sales operations, or data science in healthcare/med tech.
• Proven predictive modeling experience applied to commercial problems.
• Hands-on experience with territory design, segmentation, or sales forecasting.
• Experience in a regulated/compliance-sensitive commercial environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and validate predictive models for sales performance and market sizing.
• Develop territory alignment, call plan optimization, and segmentation models.
• Write production‑quality Python/R and SQL pipelines for repeatable workflows.
• Own commercial dashboards and reporting (Power BI) for field leadership.
• Analyze CRM, call activity, market share, and sales data to surface trends.
• Support incentive compensation design, quota setting, and scenario analysis.
• Translate business questions into structured analyses and recommendations.
• Present findings to sales leadership in decision-ready format.
• Track model performance post-launch and iterate with new data.
