Sysdig, Inc. is seeking a senior technical support professional to join the Customer Reliability function, delivering expert troubleshooting and guidance for enterprise customers.

You will collaborate with the development engineering team to track escalations, bugs and feature requests, and lead internal training and knowledge-base initiatives. The role requires mastery of Kubernetes and Linux, scripting skills (Bash/Python), and strong experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a senior technical support/escalation resource for enterprises in a similar or related field (container management, cloud management, cloud security).
• Master level Kubernetes and Linux experience.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages (Bash/Shell/Python).
• Working knowledge of public providers and their services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience writing and communicating in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior-level technical knowledge on customer issues.
• Coordinate with development engineering on escalations, bugs and feature requests.
• Develop troubleshooting sessions, trainings and guides for CRE team members.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge base articles.
• Triage and document bugs and enhancement requests from the field.
• Collaborate with Escalation Management on high-touch accounts.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
