Job summary

Sysdig is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support engineer to join our Customer Reliability group in Spain. You will provide senior-level technical knowledge on customer issues, coordinate with engineering on escalations and feature requests, and contribute to internal knowledge bases and trainings.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise support, master-level Kubernetes and Linux, and scripting skills ( Bash/Python ).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a senior technical support/escalation resource for enterprises in a similar or related field (container management, cloud management, cloud security).
• Master level Kubernetes and Linux experience.
• Fluent in English; French language skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager of Customer Reliability and provide senior level technical knowledge on customer issues.
• Coordinate with development engineering to track escalations, bugs and feature requests.
• Develop trainings, guides, and knowledge base articles for the CRE team.
• Triage and document bugs and enhancements from field and reproduction.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
