dLocal is seeking a Senior Network & Edge Security Engineer to design, operate, and evolve our global cloud and hybrid network perimeter. You will own secure connectivity, traffic protection, WAF, and firewall controls, while automating services for scale.

Collaborate with Platform, Information Security, Compliance, and Product teams to keep critical services secure, available, and low-latency as we grow internationally.

Formación

• Experience designing, operating, and scaling cloud networking with security.
• Hands-on with AWS networking services (VPCs, subnets, Route 53, NLB/ALB, Transit Gateway).
• Experience managing WAFs and edge security controls in multi-provider environments.
• Knowledge of IaC and automation tools and integrating changes into CI/CD.
• Strong written and spoken English for cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design and operate secure, scalable network solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Own edge-security stack including WAFs, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, and routing policies.
• Tune and maintain WAF/firewall rules to minimize noise while ensuring protection.
• Collaborate with Platform, Security, Compliance, and Product teams for secure global growth.
• Build observability for network performance using logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerts.
• Drive IaC-based network infrastructure changes via Terraform or similar tools.
• Automate onboarding, decommissioning, and policy lifecycle workflows.
• Lead incident response for network, WAF, and edge-security events and drive postmortems.
• Coordinate third-party connectivity: IPsec/SSL VPNs, leased lines, and interconnections.
• Ensure PCI/SOX alignment with regulatory requirements and audit-ready evidence.
