Roche is seeking a Cloud DevOps Infrastructure Engineer at the SE7 level to drive complex infrastructure solutions across platforms, building self-service tooling and robust CI/CD pipelines.

You will mentor global teams, align with regulatory standards, and design metrics for availability and reliability while shaping IT strategy.

Experience with Azure, IaC, and platform engineering is essential to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Proven experience solving unusually complex DevOps problems across the infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead geo-distributed teams and mentorship across product lines.
• Experience researching, learning, and applying innovative DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes technical direction for platform lifecycles and self-service tools.
• Designs CI/CD pipelines and disaster recovery plans.
• Leads availability, latency, and system health metrics with SLIs/SLOs/SLAs.
• Collaborates with developers and vendors to improve velocity and reliability.
• Ensures compliance with quality/regulatory standards and cost controls.
