IQVIA sponsorship- dedicated Clinical Functional Service Partnerships (Clinical FSP) department supports our client’s project team in executing clinical trials. The Clinical Operations Lead coordinates with the trial team, CROs, and vendors to align timelines and deliverables across multiple sites and therapeutic areas.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in biopharmaceutical or clinical research.
• Minimum 1 year in Clinical Project Management.
• Proven Oncology experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant science-focused degree.
• Experience in multinational/global trials.
• Strong vendor management experience.
• Working knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across protocols and therapeutic areas.
• Strong communication with internal teams, sites, and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in review, development and writing of clinical trial documents and manuals, including study manuals and biomarker plans.
• Create Master ICF template and update for site changes and amendments.
• Participate in feasibility and evaluation of investigative sites.
• Assist in development and management of study timelines, recruitment tools and patient retention plans.
• Plan and organize investigator/coordinator meetings and team support.
• Assist in IP and co-medication strategy development.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables; manage vendors (Monitoring, Sample management, IVRS, Lab).
• Develop relationships with investigational sites and institutions to enhance trial conduct.
• Act as preliminary liaison for study sites to convey trial information and answer questions.
