Syneos Health in Madrid is seeking a CRA II for sponsor-dedicated studies with experience in gastroenterology and genitourinary trials.

The role emphasizes site qualification, monitoring, and close collaboration with study teams to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity in real-world late phase environments. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and informed consent processes is essential, with 2-5 years of CRA experience preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 2-5 years of experience as CRA.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable

Mansioni

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity factors.
• Conducts Source Document Review, ensures accurate CRF data, applies remote queries, and supports data capture and EDCR processes.
