• Current BLS certification and ability to meet state nursing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect patient care per policy and standards.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and team.
• Perform assessments and develop plans of care, adjusting as needed.
• Administer medications with adherence to the seven rights.
• Educate patients and families; participate in CQI activities.
• Assist physicians with procedures and coordinate across departments.
