Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment under supervision of RN in charge.
• Assists in admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
• Communicates care plans and patient changes to the nurse and team.
