Johnson Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN/LPN for Senior Care on FT night shifts. Provides direct and indirect patient care, collaborates with physicians and team, and ensures safety and quality of care across departments.

The role requires nursing licensure (RN or LPN) and current BLS, with strong assessment, teaching and documentation skills to support optimal patient outcomes.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state RN or LPN licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect patient care meeting clinical needs.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and team.
• Administer medications following the seven rights.
• Perform age-appropriate care and maintain safety.
• Document accurately and adhere to policies.
• Support and supervise care under RN/LPN scope.
