EPAM Systems in Spain seeks a Calypso Support Analyst to provide day-to-day application support for the Calypso trading and risk platform. You will ensure system stability, investigate incidents, and work with front/middle/back offices and technology teams on issue resolution.

The role combines technical troubleshooting with a functional understanding of trade lifecycle processes across asset classes. Senior team member will mentor juniors and may involve travel.

Formación

• 3+ years in Calypso Support Analyst role.
• Hands-on Calypso application knowledge.
• Experience in incident and problem management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Open to relocation or business travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production support for the Calypso platform across modules.
• Monitor batch jobs and system health via Calypso Scheduler.
• Investigate incidents raised by business users within SLAs.
• Triage issues and perform root cause analysis; escalate as needed.
• Support trade capture, confirmations, settlements, cash management, and reporting workflows.
• Assist with EOD/SOD processes, including P&L, risk, and position reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot pricing, valuation, and market data with quants and data teams.
• Support FX, Rates, Credit, MM, and Derivatives where applicable.
• Write and execute SQL queries to investigate data issues.
• Review logs, engine outputs, and Java stack traces.
• Assist with deployments, patching, environment refreshes, and user access management.
• Mentor junior resources as a Senior on the team.
