Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design and implement features for desktop and console applications that create 3D models from dental scans. The role requires strong C++ expertise, a Master’s degree in a related field, and active contribution in an Agile team based in Madrid with 4x/week onsite work.

You will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams, writing robust tests and ensuring high-quality software delivery across releases.

Qualifications

• MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in C++ development.
• Experience in application development and software design patterns (SOLID, YAGNI, KISS).
• Strong understanding of Agile development principles and tests (unit/end-to-end).
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features for desktop and console applications that generate patient anatomy from scans.
• Contribute to feature refinement and plan work for upcoming releases and sprints.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams in an agile, distributed setup.
• Develop and maintain robust unit tests and end-to-end tests, including mocks for legacy code.
