A leading remote travel consultancy is seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to provide outstanding customer support for travel bookings. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business travel, proficiency with GDS systems, and excellent communication skills in English. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a business travel consultant role.
• 3+ years of experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) is mandatory.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (from Monday to Sunday).

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via chat, calls, and emails.
• Handle complex travel bookings, including flights and accommodations.
• Stay updated with relevant travel information and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat, calls, and emails, ensuring a smooth travel experience
• Stay up to date with relevant travel information, destinations, and service providers
• Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences efficiently
• Handle complex travel bookings, including flights, rail, accommodations, and additional services

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken
• 5+ years of experience in a business travel consultant role, handling air, rail, and accommodation bookings
• 3+ years of experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) – Mandatory
• Experience in customer‑facing roles or contact center environments
• Proficiency with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
• Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 11 PM)
