Formación

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in the FX industry, specifically in liquidity solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals & exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with Introducing Brokers & expanding IB networks.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify & pursue new institutional clients via cold calling, networking & industry contacts.
  • Develop & execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets and close high-value deals.
  • Generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Conocimientos

Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
Direct sales experience in the FX industry
Strong network of institutional clients

Senior Business Development Manager

We are partnering with an award-winning liquidity & technology solutions company looking to onboard a Senior Business Development Manager to drive institutional sales in the FX, crypto, metals, energy, and indices sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify & pursue new institutional clients via cold calling, networking & industry contacts
  • Develop & execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets and close high‑value deals
  • Generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long‑term partnerships
  • Represent the company at global industry events, engaging with key decision‑makers
  • Expand the Introducing Brokers (IB) network through incentive programs & partnerships
  • Monitor market trends & regulatory changes, refining sales strategies accordingly
  • Track sales activities & performance metrics via CRM tools (Salesforce)
Requirements
  • Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in the FX industry, specifically in liquidity solutions
  • Proven track record of closing large deals & exceeding sales targets
  • Strong network of institutional clients (banks, hedge funds, trading firms, etc.)
  • Experience with Introducing Brokers & expanding IB networks
