We are partnering with an award-winning liquidity & technology solutions company looking to onboard a Senior Business Development Manager to drive institutional sales in the FX, crypto, metals, energy, and indices sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify & pursue new institutional clients via cold calling, networking & industry contacts
- Develop & execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets and close high‑value deals
- Generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long‑term partnerships
- Represent the company at global industry events, engaging with key decision‑makers
- Expand the Introducing Brokers (IB) network through incentive programs & partnerships
- Monitor market trends & regulatory changes, refining sales strategies accordingly
- Track sales activities & performance metrics via CRM tools (Salesforce)
Requirements
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
- 5+ years of direct sales experience in the FX industry, specifically in liquidity solutions
- Proven track record of closing large deals & exceeding sales targets
- Strong network of institutional clients (banks, hedge funds, trading firms, etc.)
- Experience with Introducing Brokers & expanding IB networks
- Exceptional sales, negotiation & closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM & sales analytics tools (Salesforce, etc.)
