Job summary

Elzinc is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the rollout of our new rolled aluminium products across Europe, with focus on construction, packaging and automotive sectors.

You will build and lead sales teams, negotiate contracts, and craft pre-sales, sales and after-sales processes while coordinating with management on ambitious growth plans. English required; German or French advantageous; Spanish knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree is required.
• 10 years of proven sales experience in aluminium in Europe.
• Experience establishing sales teams, negotiating contracts, and drawing up sales and marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans and build sales teams in coordination with management.
• Lead pre-sales, sales and after-sales processes to meet targets.
• Negotiate customer contracts and monitor sales targets across Europe.
