Job summary

BME | Bolsas y Mercados Españoles is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Exchanges Business Unit to shape strategic initiatives in a fast-paced financial environment. You will translate business needs into actionable specifications and work closely with the team to refine features for the trading platform.

The role requires deep experience in requirements engineering within exchange trading and a solid grasp of market infrastructure, regulatory concerns, and Agile/SAFe practices.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in requirements engineering within exchange trading or financial services.
Strong understanding of market infrastructure, trading, data, and regulatory considerations.
Experience in Agile delivery environments and SAFe framework is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements focusing on functionality and architecture; document E2E solutions.
Collaborate in an Agile setup to deliver new trading platform features and documentation.
Develop and maintain requirements and functional specs, including interfaces.
