Job summary

M> Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Electronic Trading, focusing on Swaps in the LATAM region. You will collaborate with traders and IT to gather and validate requirements, guiding the project from planning to delivery.

You will join a front-office aligned team with emphasis on IFR swaps, RFQ and pre-/post-trade flows, acting as a local SME and ensuring governance and timely results. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience / Expert-level product knowledge of Interest Rate Swaps, electronic pre-trade flows and post-trade flows.
• +5 years of experience in BA in FI Markets. Agile, expert in creating user cases.
• Proven experience as a hands-on business analyst within a front-office development team.
• Experience as business analyst in Fixed income projects.
• Demonstrate the following essential key attributes:
• Able to articulate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, primarily front-office traders (but also middle/back office where needed), and with other project team members
• Able to establish and maintain BA governance processes
• Able to work on own initiative
• Able to deliver results to tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users (traders) to understand and gather their requirements.

Electronic Trading - Senior Business Analyst (Swaps, LATAM region)

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the ensuring the team deliver a high-quality solution that meets the needs of the business. Using industry best practices for documenting and communicating the requirements to both the technical team implementing as well as to the non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates that should be acquainted with terms like Interest Rate Swap, RFQ, Bid/Ask price, Client Tiering, Trading Venue, etc, and should understand how Swaps are valued / priced. They should have a proven track record as a senior BA within front-office development teams on trading floors.

Working closely with the various stakeholders will be key to the project's success.

Job Responsibilities / Role:
